At BLACKBOX, our role is not limited to the salon.

It extends to where real impact happens: on the ground, in contact with young people, in environments where trajectories are built.

It is with this logic in mind that we participate in the Forum Avenir, an event created by Impulstar, which brings together around fifty committed companies each year around a common objective: supporting the new generation.

An Event at the Heart of Guidance and Opportunity

The Forum Avenir is a day dedicated to young people.

A space where more than 50 partner companies like Wingstop, Heetch and many others gather to meet them.

The objective is clear: create concrete opportunities.

Internships, apprenticeships, but also advice, exchanges, job discovery… the Forum Avenir allows young people to envision themselves, ask questions and better understand the possibilities available to them.

It's not just a forum, it's a meeting point between ambition and reality.

BLACKBOX: Transmit, Guide, Recruit

Since the start of the 2025 school year, BLACKBOX has been part of this dynamic alongside Impulstar, notably during charitable events such as "Back to School 2025" and Forum Avenir 2026.

We advise, we guide, but we also recruit.

Because barbering at BLACKBOX is now a profession with prospects, career advancement and a structured framework.

Act Concretely, Beyond Words

Beyond exchange, there is action. During these events, BLACKBOX also offers free haircuts for everyone.

A simple gesture, but an essential one, because self-image matters.

These are the moments that give meaning to our presence.

A Collaboration That Extends Over Time

This partnership with Impulstar does not stop at a single event. It is part of a continuity.

After Back to School 2025 and Forum Avenir 2026, BLACKBOX will be present again at the next charitable event in the fall of 2026.

Through these initiatives, BLACKBOX wishes to transmit, guide and recruit, by creating real opportunities for youth and supporting the talents of tomorrow.

Beyond Barbering: A Role to Play
