Our second BLACKBOX seminar took place this year at Grand Rex. An important moment for our group, for our teams and for the story we are building together.
A group that is growing
The previous seminar was back in 2023. We were then 34 collaborators united around the same ambition: to structure, understand and define what BLACKBOX would become. Two years later, we are more than 180. Same vision. Same energy. More responsibilities. More scope.
The Grand Rex, a venue consistent with our DNA
We chose the Grand Rex because cinema is part of the way we exist. From the beginning, BLACKBOX draws inspiration from audiovisual media: the way to tell stories, to film, to create an atmosphere and to convey emotion. Our campaigns, our content, our references come from there. Organizing our seminar in a cinema hall was not about being "grand", but about being consistent. In a hall, everyone looks in the same direction, experiences the same moment, shares the same attention. It is a space where we listen, where we understand, where we come together. The Grand Rex is a mythical place, but above all a place that matches our way of building a culture: a story, a vision, a community that moves forward together.
A historic event for us
Organizing this seminar at the Grand Rex was not a symbolic or aesthetic choice. It was a way to recognize the journey we have traveled. To show that what we are building is taking shape. That our efforts, our processes, our training and our teams are creating something real. A structured group, moving forward with coherence.
This seminar was a moment to come together. To remind ourselves why we do what we do. To step back from our rapid growth and lay solid foundations for what comes next.
Each division of the group spoke to share its vision, the realities on the ground and the perspectives to open together. Not to take stock, but to ensure continuity. Our development is strong, but it requires a culture that is clear, shared and understood by all.
Today, with more than 180 collaborators, this ambition becomes collective. Every barber, every manager, every leader participates in writing this movement. This seminar made it possible to remind us of that.
The story continues. And it is being written by every person who is part of this group.
